Hi Susan,

You might suggest the student look into the MFA Writing Program that is
given at CalArts.  Two different degree programs are offered and there is
plenty of opportunity to work in the metier programs, to develop
Interschool Projects, or work with the Community Arts Partnerships.  We
also have a program called Integrated Media that might be more what the
student is looking for.
