To this original note I'd like to add special thanks to the
members of this year's Nominating Committee:

This group, under BJ's extraordinarily able leadership, did a
most commendable job in assembling a slate of candidates that
was very strong across the board.  As an ex officio member of
this Committee I was well aware of the thoroughness and
efficiency of the work conducted, and I was gratified at how
much was accomplished via email!
I take special pleasure in acknowledging this Committee's job
well done and in thanking all members of the group.
