Dear fellow art information providers,
I'd like to share with you a prototype system for retrieving images
of objects which uses a map as an interface.
This Geographic Navigator was put together as part of a paper I delivered at
the VRA Satellite meeting of the CIHA session in Amsterdam last September.
My partner in the venture, James Hodson, Electronic Services Librarian here
at UIC, finally got it operating in a web version. Remember, this is only a
