There was no 1986 Handbook (that's why it's so hard to find). The
"1986 Supplement" to the Handbook lists Karen McKenzie as the 8th
Wittenborn chair, Jack Perry Brown as 7th. I think it was the year they
changed the periodicity to include the calendar year's books for
consideration, but don't hold me to it.
