Curator of Visual Resources/Slide Collection

University of Missouri-Columbia.  Full-time, benefit position, starting May
1, 1997.  Key staff position for era of computerization (database
cataloging, implementing new image-delivery technologies) in department
consisting of nine faculty and two staff members.  Slide collection of
120,000 images.  A Master's degree in Art History, Archaeology, or Library
Science is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.  Working knowledge of computer database system (VRMS), image
digitization, slide library and archive curatorship; experience in the
preparation of slides for classroom; training and supervision of graduate
research assistants and work study students is required.  Reading knowledge
of French and German is desired.  Submit resume and three references by
