we lock up rare or high value materials as we find them. they are stored
in a special collections area with limited access to users working in the
reading room under the guidance of library staff. unfortunately there are
always instances of material being removed that is not rare or of high
value. for instance, i found that someone sliced out an image from
antiques magazine, july 1995.

does anyone have a duplicate of this issue that we can use as a
replacement? thank you.
