Due to problems stemming from a power failure on Friday afternoon, November
15, 1996, the listserv machine at lsv.uky.edu was operating improperly
through much of the weekend. The available disk space eventually filled and
operation halted at that point.

From the errors generated, it appears that somewhere around 5,500 postings
were discarded as false errors were generated.

We regret the inconvenience and ask that our apologies be accepted.
