In preparation for the move to its new building, the Getty Research Institute for the History of Art and the Humanities will close its Resource Collections (library, photo study collection, special collections) to the public beginning January 1, 1997. All services will resume in new and expanded facilities at the Getty Center in late fall of 1997.
