Regarding a faulty volume of the Dictionary of Art; call them.  Our
volume 10 was bound upside-down.  I called and they shipped a new volume
the next day--I didn't even have to return my faulty volume.  Their
number is 800-336-0055 (in New York 212-647-0182).  Good luck!
