A call to the publisher revealed that others are reporting problems. Some volumes are simply bound upside down, others (so far, vols. 1, 7, 10) have defective pages. They are replacing our defective volume. Our Acquis. dept. spoke with Karin Agusta, Director of Marketing, The Dictionary of Art. Check those incoming volumes!
