Susan Garretson Swartzburg, well-known author and teacher in preservation,
died Sunday October 13 from complications of pneumonia after returning from
the IFLA conference in China.

Viewing will be at the Kimball Funeral Home in Princeton, New Jersey, from
7:00 to 9:00 on Wednesday.  (Go down Nassau Street to Moore; the funeral home
is on the corner of Hamilton and Moore.)

The memorial service will be at the Kirkpatrick Chapel at Rutgers University,
on Thursday, October 17, at 1.30 p.m.  The service will be followed by an
open house / reception in the Case Room of Special Collections, at Alexander
Library on College Avenue on the Rutgers Campus, at 3 p.m.
