Carol--We go through Nysernet, and our service is a disaster. It goes down
several times a day. Original cataloging has become a risky proposition in
which it is necessary to save the record after typing a certain amount, because
records are so often lost in the middle of entry. Our Eureka accounts are even
worse! RLIN sometimes traces these tentative connections, and they are always
shaky when they get within NYSERNET.
