----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Pratt Institute Library has maintained a picture or vertical file on architecture for almost two decades. It consists of illustrations of buildings arranged by the architect's last name, in addition to illustrations of building elements--as well as many articles from standard periodical literature--arranged by a creative list of subject headings. Can anybody suggest the best way to maintain and organize such a file? What kind of information is most useful? How do patrons learn about it? Thanks. --Paul Glassman Art & Architecture Librarian Pratt Institute
