OFFICE MANAGER
POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
30 hours per week, min. $8.00 per hour commensurate with qualifications and
experience


Position reports to Director of Operations and is responsible for the smooth
functioning of the Box Office and Reception areas.

Duties include:

*  Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, informing, and evaluating Box
Office and Switchboard staff.

*  Maintaining office and kitchen supplies and ensuring cleanliness of front
office an kitchen areas

*  Upkeep and maintenance of office machines and phone system, including
recommendations for upgrading or replacing equipment

*  Coordinates bulk mailings and fills mailing list request from staff and
patrons

*  Works with Volunteer Coordinator to assess and fill volunteer needs

*  Responsible for flow of mail to and from faculty and staff

*  Backup for reception and switchboard personnel

*  Data entry and misc. clerical duties as assigned
