----------------------------Original message---------------------------- ARLIS/NA members: As ARLIS/NA past president, I have the responsibility of coordinating our annual evaluation of Headquarter's services, operations, and staff. This evaluation will make note of HQ's outstanding work as well as areas requiring improvement. The evaluation will serve as an effective tool for better identifying and accommodating as best we can the service expectations of our membership.
