----------------------------Original message---------------------------- Mimi and Everyone on ARLIS-L: When I worked at the U of A, the Center for Creative Photography made a point of pride that THEY owned the rights to Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, etc. In fact, I believe I recall them in litagation with the MFA, Boston about a photograph the MFA was using on a promotional. None of the recent info I've read seems to acknowledge this. Mimi (or someone at CCA) could you comment on what rights Arizona owns?
