They were done by MacRae Magleby (sp?), the graphic designed at Brigham Young University - in Provo, UT anyway. I saw them advertised in CAN and bought them through the Preservation Librarian at BYU, 6216 Harold B. Lee Library, Provo, UT 84601 (801)378-2512.
