Dear colleagues,
The Art Librarians Parents and Caregivers Special Interest Group (ALPaCa SIG) will hold its annual meeting on Monday, March 25 at 3pm ET. Meeting will be held virtually with Zoom information at Humanities Commons link below.
We are seeking a volunteer to serve as Co-Coordinator. This is a two-year term with each Co-Coordinator rotating opposite years. Primary responsibilities are hosting drop-in meetings for members to share information and provide mutual support, maintaining
the Humanities Commons SIG page, and advancing member needs and interests through liaising with the board and/or CPAC as needed. Please reach out directly if you are interested.
Conference childcare is open for registration. For those attending the upcoming conference in Pittsburgh, childcare will be available at the conference hotel on Wednesday and Thursday (4/3-4) from 7:30am to 5pm and Friday (4/5) from 7:30am to 12:30pm
at a subsidized rate of $50/day ($25 for Friday's half day). Registration is available as an Add On at the time of conference registration. If you've already registered for the conference and need to add on childcare days, please reach out.
