Hello Rachael,

We do not charge and that is partly because we are a public university. We
extend ourselves to looking many things up (travel costs are prohibitive
for many of our users), but we do have requests that are beyond what we can
support. For these inquiries we worked with the local archivists group
Association
of Hawaii Archivists <https://hawaiiarchivists.org/links/> to post a list
of researchers for hire. This way we are not endorsing any particular
service provider.
