Greetings! The ARLIS/NA Mountain West Chapter's Winter 2024 Virtual Symposium call for proposals is open to all ARLIS/NA members, as well as members of affiliate and related organizations (ARLIS UK & Ireland, IFLA Arts, ACRL Arts, VRA, TLA, Music LA, AASL, SAA, etc.). This is an opportunity for librarians, curators, and arts library professionals to: * Give a presentation and have it archived for future access and citation * Practice public speaking and concise communication skills * Get broad, peer feedback on an in-progress research/creative project * Parlay a past poster session into a paper presentation * Fine tune a presentation idea before proposing at a larger conference * Give a presentation that was not accepted for ARLIS/NA 2024 Read more information and complete the proposal form at: https://forms.gle/XzZEUsfdjwAm6bdt6. The proposal deadline has been extended to Sunday, January 7, to give everyone more time during this busy of year season!
