https://www.visitscotland.com/. I searched knitting and wool and found many wool centers and even some knitting tours.
I found just searching for “knitting vacations in Scotland” returned many tour packages. Even if the student didn’t want to take a tour package, they could get inspiration from some of the tour destinations.
