A team at the Carnegie Mellon University Libraries is conducting a survey
on artificial intelligence (AI) literacy instructions in academic
libraries. Participation in the survey will take about 10 minutes. If you
are interested in participating, use this form to consent to participate
and answer survey questions:

Summary: This survey is being used to measure background, experience,
approaches, and attitudes related to integrating artificial intelligence
(AI) literacy into library instruction sessions and information literacy
lessons.

Purpose: The purpose of the research is to gauge the status of AI literacy
being integrated into library instruction and information literacy lessons
in academic libraries across the US. The results of this study will help
identify trends, needs for training, and opportunities for exploration.

There is no compensation for participating. There are no known risks
involved in this research.
