Hey now collective,

I've recently learned the Gallery space I manage in my library is a part of
a space they are turning into a 24 hour 7 access space. I need to reimagine
how installation from Students, faculty and staff are secured. I checked
the Best Practices for Library exhibits and don't see any reference to
exhibits with this predicament.

Have any of you worked with an exhibit space like this and might be able to
reference or suggest best practices. We are still in the early stages of
converting the library space, so I might still be able to suggest things
for the Gallery and can edit the Guidelines for exhibitors.

Patiently awaiting your suggestions.

With gratitude,

Ms. Kai Alexis Smith, MSLIS
