Dear Colleagues,

 

The Academic Library Division will be hosting an open forum on Tuesday, February 28th at 3:30pm EST/12:30pm PST. 

 

The hour-long open forum will be a discussion centered around managing employees or working with your manager, as well as managing student employees and GAs. We will cover topics such as supporting employees, cultivating a good workplace environment, advocating for yourself in the workplace, setting expectations, and developing fulfilling work experiences for student employees. Separate breakout groups will focus on issues unique to managers and non-managers alike.
