As architecture libraries recover shelf space, it is painful to see magazines thrown in the dumpster, even if they’ve not been accessed for decades.  The USModernist Library can help.   So far, libraries have shipped us over a million pages, bringing to the total up to over four million pages.

For example, we just added 735 issues, over 90 years of AIA Michigan.

Here are the magazines and issues we need.  We pay shipping and the world gets to have searchable, downloadable content, often for the first time.

We’re particularly looking for old national AIA publications from the 1920’s and 1930’s.

Check the borrowing record.  No one has checked these out for decades.  Let us help your library free up shelf space and give these magazines new, text-searchable, online life – and world access.

Thanks so much!

Kind regards,

George
