If you have a paper you would like considered for publication in the Spring 2023 issue of Art Documentation, the deadline is fast approaching.  Articles may take the form of theoretical or scholarly submissions, revisions of conference presentations, papers emphasizing library practice, descriptions of specific libraries or collections, interviews, or articles of a historical nature.

The deadline for submission is September 1, 2022. Please send an abstract or description of the paper in advance to editor Judy Dyki ([log in to unmask]) before submitting the paper itself. Papers will be sent for a double-blind peer review process in mid-September.

Art Documentation is the semiannual peer-reviewed journal of the Art Libraries Society of North America, co-published by the University of Chicago Press.  The articles should fall within the scope of art and architecture librarianship, visual resources curatorship, digital image management, technology related to the visual arts, art publishing, artists’ books, and related fields.  For additional information and a description of the peer review process, Art Documentation contributor guidelines may be found at https://www.arlisna.org/contributor-guidelines.
