Hi Danielle,

I have used QR code along with exhibition labels in the past. It worked quite well, QR code can link to more in-deep context or even a google form for questionnaires. In this way, we were able to keep exhibition labels neat and simple. And scan a QR code with a cell phone is becoming quite common to the public. Hope this helps.

Dear colleagues,

I've had a question from a faculty about signage for a work of campus landart. They want to provide some information about the work: "I am wondering if it makes more sense to create a QR code or something similar, rather than a text-heavy physical sign." However, the spirit of the work is meant to be contemplative and technology-free (taking out your phone to scan a QR code and read a website may not be ideal). Has anyone heard of or worked with any creative approaches for this kind of sign/info need?

Thanks very much in advance!
Danielle
