Dear colleagues,

 

I have a request for a high-quality scan (300dpi) from Frank Leslie's Illustrated Newspaper. In particular, I need the image of John Quincy Adams Ward’s sculpture The Freedman from the March 12, 1864 issue, page 389. So far, I have had little luck through Interlibrary Loan. For the most part I am only finding microfilm copies that don’t scan well, so I thought I would try here. Any help or recommendations would be most appreciated!
