Dear ARLIS/NA Conference Attendees:

We are happy to now offer self-scheduled rooms for your use during the 50^th Annual ARLIS/NA Conference, April 5-8, 2022. 

All self-scheduled meetings will take place in the Hong Kong room on the main conference level of the Hyatt Regency Chicago.  The room will be set up as a “hollow square” arrangement, and will seat up to 30 people.

To reserve a time, please use the form linked below.  Reservations will be given on a first come first served basis.  Please keep in mind that you may not get your first choice, so please provide a second and third choice.  Hong Kong will be equipped with a resident computer and screen.

Also note that many of these times are scheduled back to back, so we ask that you wrap up your meeting in a timely manner, so that the next group may enter and begin.
