Dear colleagues,


Does your institution offer credit-bearing information literacy courses? If so, this survey is for you! We are seeking information about the naming conventions for credit-bearing, information literacy courses taught at institutions of higher education. You have been invited to participate because your institution may offer credit-bearing information literacy courses. Data collected from this confidential survey will be used within the Information Studies department at California State University, East Bay and anonymous, aggregated results may be shared with the profession through presentations and/or publications.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. There are no risks or benefits to you in participating in this survey. You may choose to participate or not. You may answer only the questions you feel comfortable answering, and you may stop at any time. If you do participate, completion of the survey indicates your consent to the above conditions.  The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. 


This research has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at California State University, East Bay.
