Dear colleagues,



The Academic Division is excited to announce that we are accepting proposals for virtual 10-minute lighting talks at our Annual Business Meeting on Monday, March 21, 2022, 12 pm PDT/1 pm MDT/2 pm CDT/3 pm EDT.



You do not have to be a member of the Academic Division to submit a proposal. Topics related to academic libraries are encouraged, but not required.



Lightning Talk Guidelines

*       Presenters should attend the virtual business meeting on Monday, March 21, 2022, 12 pm PDT/1 pm MDT/2 pm CDT/3 pm EDT and deliver their presentation synchronously.

*       Lightning talks are limited to 10 minutes but may be shorter.

*       Lightning talks will be followed by a brief question-and-answer session.

*       Lightning talks may include slides (not required).



Proposal abstracts should be no more than 250 words and are due by Monday, March 7, 2022.

*       Name and pronouns

*       Institution and title (if applicable)

*       Preferred contact email

*       Lightning talk title (can be a working title)

*       Lighting talk abstract (limit of 250 words)
