The 2022 Samuel H. Kress Foundation Conference Attendance Award for International Exchange is open for applications. Please apply soon to meet the extended deadline on February 22, 2022.

 

Thanks to the generosity of the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, the Art Libraries Society of North America offers a program to help fund international travel and promote the exchange of ideas and information among art librarians. Exceptional art information professionals will receive awards beginning at the amount of $1,500 USD* to attend conferences, thereby fostering communication and developing connections with international projects and initiatives. ​​

 

There are two categories of awards:

 

 

*The Samuel H. Kress International Travel Awards Committee may take into consideration levels of need, participation, and travel costs before determining the final amount, but each award will begin with the $1,500 USD amount.
