Dear ARLIS colleagues, 

Greetings! Does anyone have experience or institutional policies in regards to insuring loans of archival items for exhibitions that they would be willing to share? This is something I've encountered occasionally at past institutions but I haven't come across any policies on how to insure items that had not been appraised (ie. most archival items). 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
