CollectiveAccess can be configured to run an OAI provider serving your bibliographic data as Dublin Core (via export mappings that specify the appropriate crosswalk). This DC data can be harvested and transformed to MARC using OCLC's Digital Collection Gateway tool (other options include WorldShare Record Manager, Connexion, and WorldShare Collection Manager).

Does the Center for Book Arts have a WorldCat login for the Digital Collection Gateway (details and instructions here)? Once that’s in place, the CollectiveAccess OAI provider can be configured to use a mapping that crosswalks your bibliographic records to DublinCore, which the Digital Collection Gateway can pick up, convert to MARC and publish via WorldCat.
