Hello Laura,

There is an overwhelming amount of information available online.

I encourage you to utilize the Council of State Archives Pocket Response Plan (PReP) which was adapted by WESTPAS as an outline for your plan. The Western States and Territories Preservation Assistance Service concluded activities around 2018, but their training material can be found on the FAIC Connecting to Collections Care site, including the PReP template.

I used to work in our library's Preservation Department and assisted with WESTPAS training in Hawaii. I am happy to answer any questions you might have.
