Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

Dear colleagues,

 

We are experiencing problems with Artnet and EZ-Proxy. Both Artnet and OCLC are aware of these problems (images are not displaying in Artnet when reached via EZ-Proxy).

We are wondering if any other institutions are experiencing the same problems, and if so if you have found any solutions. Please let me know if
