I am posting this message at the request of the editors of DCRMR (Descriptive Cataloging of Rare Materials (RDA Edition)). As the name suggests, it is an RDA-compliant version of DCRM(B), the manual for describing rare books. Worth looking at, and the editors would welcome comments. The RBMS RDA Editorial Group, a subgroup of the Bibliographic Standards Committee, is responsible for developing and maintaining DCRMR.
