Hi Michael,

In Canada, we can search public collections (mostly museums, university art galleries, etc.) by artist / maker name (and other access points) using the Artefacts Canada tool:
https://app.pch.gc.ca/application/artefacts_hum/indice_index.app?lang=en . Artists do not necessarily have to be Canadian to be included in this resource.
