Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

I am embarrassed to ask this question as I feel that I should know the answer. But I don’t. I hope this isn’t off list.

Here is my question re filing rules:

I have subject headings for vertical files that are WJCT (Radio station, Jacksonville, Fla.). Where does this get filed within general subject heading list? Is WJCT an acronym or abbreviation?

It seems they are treated differently?
