I use TinyCat for my synagogue library <https://www.librarycat.org/lib/shirtikvahmn>, and it works great. We (ok, I) pay $72/year for it. It's a nice, flexible option for a small library and is easy to use. I have four people regularly helping add and maintain records, and the interface is simple and fairly intuitive. Let me know if you want to chat more.
