This survey explores the role of collaboration between administrators and staff to implement change. Participants should work in an academic library. Librarians, staff and administrators are encouraged to participate to share different perspectives on change management processes. This study is approved by the College for Creative Studies Institutional Review Board. 

Participation in the survey is voluntary. The survey consists of 20 questions. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. This study is deemed low risk to participants. However, there is the potential risk of emotional distress when discussing challenging experiences at work. As participation in the survey is voluntary, you may choose to end the survey at any time.

This survey will remain open until April 15th, 2021.
