*please excuse cross-posting; thanks for understanding* Dear Colleagues: Thank you to those of you who have already filled out our survey as part of our research study on individual motivations for choosing work in academic libraries as well as expectations of emotional regulation and expression in the workplace in the United States. If this was still something on your to-do list, but just haven't gotten to it, there is still time to fill it out. We define "academic library worker" as anyone who engages or has engaged in library related work at a postsecondary educational institution. Library assistants, clerks, pages, part-timers, student employees, etc. are welcome and encouraged to participate.
