Dear ARLIS/NA Community,

In 2020 ARLIS/NA formed the Task Force on Art Libraries' Response to
COVID-19. Its charge: to assess and respond to ARLIS/NA members' need for
data about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on art information
professionals by identifying and compiling existing sources of information
and conducting survey(s) of the membership to fill identified information
gaps.

The survey linked below is designed to provide a comprehensive set of
member and institutional data over the past year and looking ahead into the
new year as we emerge from the pandemic. A following survey will explore
impacts on institutional resources and individual ARLIS/NA members.

Please plan to complete the survey and return to provide updated and
additional information.

Additionally, the task force has performed an environmental scan of
existing surveys and data sources in which to situate the work of the task
force and to provide ARLIS/NA members with a wide range of pertinent
resources. Please consult that file at

.

My thanks go to Task Force Co-chair and Canada Liaison Amy Furness in
addition to the task force as a whole: Tess Colwell, Tony White, Abi
Sweeney, Margot Nishimura, Caley Cannon, Hee Jung Lee, Veronica McGurrin,
Paula Farrar, Stacy Williams, Stefanie Hilles, and Vaughan Hennen.

My best and take care,
Mark
