Hi all,
Greetings from snowy New York!
A member of our conservation department is looking for some basic information about the idea of "communication fidelity" in legal terms.
She came across this definition, purportedly adapted from
Black's Law Dictionary: "The difference between the way a message is meant and how it s recieved [sic]."
We'd like a little more information, from a trustworthy (typo-free) source. If you happen to have access to law resources and you're able to share a paragraph or a page on communication fidelity, I'd be very grateful.
Many thanks for considering. Hope everyone is staying warm and safe!
Best regards,
Ivy
