Error during command authentication.

Dear Colleagues:

Kathy Woodrell and I are researching the existence of craft history courses at degree-granting schools in the U.S. and Canada and we have composed a relatively simple survey questionnaire that we plan to send to faculty who have taught such courses.  We are considering simply sending it out as a Word document but we are also thinking about the possibility of using a survey platform such as Survey Monkey.  We would want something very simple and inexpensive—or free.  If you have had a positive experience with such a platform—or could refer us to someone who has such experience, we would love to hear from you—either on or off the list!
