Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

Hi all!

I am looking for an archive on the west coast that collects materials / is focused on art and social justice / social-practice oriented and/or that focuses on Latinx art and artists? 

Any info would be great!
