Also, she is interested in the patronage of Robert Moses, who hired Benton to do the murals at the Niagara Power Plant in the late 1950s. So far we haven’t had much luck finding any primary source materials related to the murals or to Moses. She is looking for these three exhibition catalogs, but I can’t find them. Does anyone have them, and can scan them for us? "Thomas Hart Benton: American Mythologies" in the Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum at Southeast Missouri State University's River Campus. 2015 “Kansas City Remembers: Thomas Hart Benton 1889-1975,” Kansas City, MO: Federal Bank of Kansas City, 1989 “Texas Realism,” Dallas Meadows Museum, Southern Methodist University, 1991. She found a bibliography that indicates the murals she is interested in are mentioned in these three sources.
