Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

I’m hoping that someone has a lead here. We’ve been trying to connect with someone from Kanopy for several days with no luck. Does anyone have a direct contact, or information about their staffing right now?
