Hi all,

At the end of this email is the link and call-in info for the topic chat tomorrow, Friday 19, 2020 at 1pm EDT/noon CDT/11am MDT/10 am PDT. Sometime next week, I will send out a recording and the written notes for those unable to attend. 

This a very broad topic and has a lot of potential facets to discuss. We will try to cover as much as possible within an hour. Please fill out this survey to help the moderators lead the discussion. 

Co-moderators Tony White (Metropolitan Museum of Art) and Lauren Gottlieb-Miller (Menil Collection) will give a brief introduction of considerations from their respective institutions before guiding an engaging discussion with attendees.

I know we have all increased our virtual meeting experiences, but I did want to mention a few guidelines for our topic chat:

-Attendees will be muted upon entering the meeting. Please only un-mute yourself if you are speaking to ensure the sound quality is clear.
-Please introduce yourself in the chat (name, institution, and email) so we can see who attended and follow-up if need be.
-During the discussion, if you wish to speak please use the raise hand feature and a Moderator will call on you to help ease the flow of discussion. If you have never used the raise hand feature, you can find it by clicking the participants button on the bottom menu and there will be a raise hand icon (screenshot below) below the list of participants. Once you are done speaking, please select lower hand so that we have an accurate idea of who would like to speak.
