Dear ARLIS/NA members,
As you heard at today's Membership meeting, the ARLIS/NA 50th anniversary planning task force will supplement the work of the conference planning committee and other groups by coordinating and encouraging efforts around the 50th anniversary across the Society, leading up to and during the anniversary year.

The task force, chaired by the Advancement Liaison, will meet regularly and produce a report on opportunities and priorities for development, events, and projects prior to the call for proposals for the 2022 Chicago conference. Members will include the ARLIS/NA Vice President, representatives from the Development, Membership, and Documentation Committees, a representative from the Chicago Conference Planning Committee, and one at-large member.

We are seeking applications from ARLIS/NA members for the task force member-at-large. Please tell us why you are interested in joining the task force, and describe the experience or background that prepares you for the work of this group.

Apply to be the member-at-large by completing this survey. Please submit your application by May 15. The task force will convene this summer.

Take care and be well,
Lindsay
